So you can probably GUESS what I am thinking about when I say it's just around the corner... yes that's right: SUMMER! Now close your eyes and think of summer... what do you see? Sunny beaches filled with volley ball nets, surf board and... cottage cheese? Ugh, the dreaded fat, also known as cellulite, stuck right beneath almost every woman's skin (dermis) (even the skinniest women have it) typically on the back of the upper thighs but can be lurking in other places too! Typically this condition is caused by poor circulation of blood.... and in order to get this circulation moving again... measures need to be taken! Quitting smoking and working out AT LEAST 30 minutes a day are only a few of many things you can do to get this circulation going! SO what else is there you can do... well while there is no CURE for cellulite, you can greatly reduce its appearance by... OH CAN YOU GUESS WHAT I AM GOING TO SAY.... Eating Nutritious Foods!!!!!

- Fatty Fish [Black Cod, Chilean Sea Bass, Salmon, Tuna, Escolar, Mackerel, Sardines & Anchovies]
- Flaxseed Oil & Flaxseeds
- Olive Oil & Olives
- Hempseed Oil & Hemp Seeds

- Good Old Water

... So now you're all probably thinking, well that just looks like your typical weight loss diet... Well you certainly catch on quickly! This way of living is certainly healthy, and when you get healthy, you reduce the appearance of cellulite!!! Who would have thought?! ha ha!
PS: Don't forget to exercise for a minimum of 30 minutes almost daily and lift weights at least 3 times per week! It's a known fact that exercise helps tone your body which as a result diminishes the appearance of cellulite!
