So it's a Monday... You spent all weekend out and about... Now you are DOG tired but have to go to work/school and perform at your UTMOST... What do you do? Work out in the morning, drink lots of coffee, down energy drinks like an alcoholic drinks his or her liquor, or perhaps you drink green tea with a spritz of lemon juice...
